MoinMoin on Apache (using CGI) with multiple wikis

There are several recipes for configuring MoinMoin with CGI on Apache 2.0 , hosting multiple wikis (i.e. a farm). However they all assume the wikis are mounted at the root of a domain. I needed something more flexible, so I figured it out and contributed a recipe: http://moinmo.in/HelpOnConfiguration/ApacheCgiWikiFarm
